We require all services to be fully paid or partially paid in advance, depending on the specific service or services you have requested.
We make every attempt to expedite our services for our clients. In doing so we irreversibly commit time, staff and other resources on your behalf that cannot be recovered. As a result, due to the need for the quick facilitation of our services and keeping our production lines running smoothly, we do not provide refunds on any payments for cancellation of services once a payment has been made.
We also require a cancellation of services 30 days in advance due to how we schedule and deliver our work. We understand that many businesses don’t operate anticipating 30 days into the future, but we are forced to by the very nature of the services we must provide to do our work.
As it is our responsibility to ensure we deliver our services as promised, it is your responsibility to order our services just as responsibly. We do our best to inform and explain how we work to our clients, but we don’t and can’t possibly tell, share or teach you everything we know and do in regards to our services – unless you pay us for our time, of course. Even then our experience is based on more than 17 years of continual learning and testing. Many minute details have become so subtle to our approach that even we aren’t fully aware of many of them. So we apologize in advance for not being perfect. We’re working on it.
Like many service providers we struggle with the fact that business contacts who contract our services don’t want or often can’t spend the time to learn more about how we do what we do. We understand you are pressed for time and may not even be interested in many of the details until an issue arises. We go through similar experiences in our business, too.
We do attempt to keep you informed and understanding of what is involved on your projects with us. We also welcome any and all questions you may have, greatly appreciate your business and looking forward to working with you!
